What time do the entrance doors open?
The building entrance doors are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You can access the building outside of those hours with your master key.
Is air conditioning included in my Gross Lease?
For tenants with a gross lease, air conditioning is included on rent from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily with one-hour overrides attached to each thermostat. if you would like to continue the use of air conditioning outside of those hours, we offer the option to install a meter in your unit to measure extra usage. The additional usage will be subject to extra charges.
Is air conditioning included in NNN Leases?
For tenants with NNN leases, the electrical bill is added to the monthly rent.
